  1. Was happy my husband and I could get a good deal with Anthem Blue Cross. It was nice of Andrew to answer all my questions. This is the first time I have actually had confidence in my agent. I’ll have my sister call you soon to review their families options. Their work health insurance was just dropped.

Hello, current HPN (Health Plan of Nevada) Sierra members: 2016 AUTOMATIC PREMIUM PAYMENT INFORMATION Checking/Savings Automatic Draft: Members that requested we set up an automatic draft on their behalf are required to submit a new request by December 31, 2015 to continue automatic draft payment of premium.

    ENDORSEMENT NOTICE Health Plan of Nevada and Sierra Health and Life want to notify you that your plan documents may include new endorsements outlining plan changes, such as an enhancement to telemedicine benefits.

    This renewal through HPN / Sierra also includes a revision to the Prescription Drugs section of your recommended or alternate plan’s deductible and/or copay amount. Please refer to this renewal to make your 2016 health plan decision. Changes must be received by Dec. 15, 2015 for a Jan. 1, 2016 effective date.
